Our factory covers an area of 12,000 m2, with the annual output more than 4000 metric tons, it has the staff more than 200 people, and the professional technician people are more than 40 people. Products go through casting, annealing, shot blasting, galvanizing, threading, air pressure testing,thread inspection and final package procedure. Our factory are the first to use the electric stove for castings and electric facility in annealing and galvanizing process, besides we had improved the equipments ,used to yellow shells ,which has no pollution and easy to control the material composition. With advanced technology and equipment, the products are of excellent material, in good finish with well mechanical property and tightness and good interchangeability which make it easy to be assembled.
