Air hose coupling also called Claw couplings or Universal Air Couplings, which are broadly used for air and water in industry and construction. They have two lugs (claws) each, which engage in the corresponding notches of the opposite half.

Our product is manufactured according to the requirements of EN-GJMB-300-6 with tensile strength min 300 N/mm2 and elongation min 6%.Usually the real tensile strength is higher than 300, it may reach to 330 and the elongation may reach to 8%.That is to say our material is between EN-GJMB-300-6 and EN-GJMB-330-8.

For example, the product problem are some have holes on the surface, we make a little on the mould to be sure the molten iron can go smoothly. some when casting the rate of finished products is lower, so we revised the method of casting.
